Is kratom legal where I live?
Kratom is currently legal in most states. The sale of kratom is banned in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
Additionally, kratom is prohibited in San Diego (CA), Parker and Monument (CO), Sarasota County (FL), Jerseyville, Alton, and Edwardsville (IL), Ascension, Rapides, and Grant Parishes (LA), and Union County (MS).
