Returns
Unused products can be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for products that have been opened or used. The following conditions apply:
- Product(s) must be unopened in their original condition.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support@kratomwarehouse.com to request a refund.
Please provide the following information:
- Name
- Email address associated with order
- Order Number
- Product Name & Quantity
- Reason for refund request
Refund Options
We will send you an email confirmation once we have received the returned product(s).
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The original payment method will be credited.

What if my product is damaged in transit?
Kratom Warehouse is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Use order tracking to view the status of your package in transit.
Please contact the carrier for questions about delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
What if I received the wrong product?
Contact support@kratomwarehouse.com to request a refund.
Please provide the following information:

- Email address associated with order
- Order Number
- Product Ordered & Quantity
- Product Received & Quantity
Can I exchange products?
Yes. After we receive the returned product, we will issue you store credit. You can then apply that credit to a new order.
