Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Kratom Warehouse uses UPS for all shipments.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Due to state and local laws, we are unable to ship kratom to specific geographic locations. We will do our best to update this list as changes occur.

We do not ship to the following states:

  • Alabama
  • Arkansas
  • Indiana
  • Rhode Island
  • Vermont
  • Wisconsin

We do not ship to the following counties and cities:

  • San Diego, CA
  • Parker, and Monument, CO
  • Sarasota County, FL
  • Jerseyville, Alton, Edwardsville, IL
  • Ascension, Rapides, Grant Parishes, LA
  • Union County, MS 

Free Shipping

Customers who spend at least $50 qualify for free shipping. The qualifying amount does not include shipping, taxes, or fees.

UPS Ground is the free shipping method for qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Log in to your account, go to the “Orders” tab, then tap “Track.”

Lost & Delayed Orders

Kratom Warehouse is not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery confirmation.

Use order tracking to view the status of your package in transit.

Please contact the carrier for questions about delayed, damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
